GRAPEVINE, Texas— Vidorra, a modern Mexican restaurant that celebrates culture through authentic dishes, bold cocktails and a highly energized environment, has leased a 7,878-square-foot freestanding restaurant building located at 700 W. SH-114, for a new location.
Emilie G. Paulson with Weitzman handled negotiations for the property. Michael Walters with Falcon Realty Advisors represented the restaurant.
The Grapevine restaurant is scheduled to open in December 2025. Vidorra also operates locations in Dallas, Addison, Grand Prairie and Rockwall, as well as locations in Mesquite, Texas, and Nashville, Tennessee, that will open soon.
