IRVING, Texas—Paris Baguette, known for expertly crafted baked and brewed goods in a warm and welcoming bakery café experience, has leased 4,626 square feet of retail space in Irving Towne Center, a regional-draw center located at 3410 W. Airport Freeway at North Belt Line Road, for a new location.
Lynn Van Amburgh and Guillermo Lopez with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agents for the center. The bakery café was represented by DHS Realty.
At the center, Paris Baguette joins a lineup that includes Target, Pet Supplies Plus, Dollar Tree, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Cato, Chili’s, Anytime Fitness and many others.
