Pottery Barn Outlet to Open at Key Grapevine Center

Pottery Barn Outlet, a premier specialty retailer for casual, comfortable, and stylish home furnishings, has leased 25,027 square feet of retail anchor space in Grapevine Towne Center, a regional-draw development located on SH-114 between William D. Tate and SH-26.

Weitzman Senior Vice President of Asset Management Jennifer Chandler negotiated lease along with Weitzman's Lynn Van Amburgh, Ben Terry and Avery Frisbie. Katie Rambie with SHOP Companies represented the retailer.

Pottery Barn, a member of the Williams-Sonoma, Inc., family of brands, has represented exceptional quality and unparalleled value for more than 70 years.

Pottery Barn Outlet joins a wide array of popular concepts at the center.

Grapevine Towne Center benefits from a complete renovation that ‘life-styled’ the center with an updated façade with a lighter and brighter paint scheme, along with pedestrian-friendly elements like green space, seating, arbors and other enhancements. The renovation keeps the landmark center as relevant and convenient for shoppers as it was the day it opened more than two decades ago.

As part of a shopper-focused package, Weitzman maintains an interactive shopping center website, as well as a full digital marketing package that includes social media pages, location-enabled retailer outreach programs and promotions.
