PEARLAND, Texas—Chair King Backyard Store, the leading retailer of outdoor furniture and patio accessories in Texas, has leased 12,000 square feet of retail space in Crossing at 288, a regional-draw center located at the northeast corner of SH-288 and FM 518.
James Namken and Kyle Knight with Weitzman handled negotiations as project leasing agents for the center. Wulfe & Co. represented the retailer.
At the center, Chair King Backyard Store joins a lineup that includes Best Buy, JCPenney, Walmart, Old Navy, Chase Bank, Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and many others. Chair King Backyard Store was founded in Houston in 1950 and now operates throughout the state, as well as in the northeastern United States through its site company, Fortunoff Backard Store.
