EULESS, Texas—Dallas developer Tim Ouellette of Ouellette Equities has acquired Bear Creek Plaza, a fully leased 9,695-square-foot neighborhood center located on approximately 1.36 acres at 918 E. Harwood Road. The seller was a California-based trust.

Kevin Butkus with Weitzman handled negotiations. Tim Axilrod with SHOP Cos. represented the seller.

The center has a neighborhood-focused tenant mix that includes Harwood Smiles, Argentina 16/3 Pizza, Texas Nail Bar, Chandni Chowk Grill and Osuma Suya.

Bear Creek Plaza benefits from its location in the thriving D-FW submarket of Euless, as well as its visible and accessible location at the intersection of key thoroughfares E Harwood Road and SH-360. Ouellette Equities currently operates more than 10 retail centers through the Dallas area.
