PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Bryn Carden is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, she handles project representation and retail tenant representation in the D-FW area. Retail projects she represents include Hillside Village in Cedar Hill.. Before joining Weitzman, Carden worked as a commercial real estate brokerage intern with JLL.

ORGANIZATIONS

Carden is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ladies in Commercial Real Estate (LCRE) and the TREC (The Real Estate Council) Young Guns. She is an active member of The Salvation Army's Echelon Dallas Chapter and is serving at the 2025 Gala Chair for The Salvation Army. Carden additionally serves as a Mentor for the TCU Real Estate Club Mentorship Program and is a Board Member of the American Cancer Society's Young Texans Against Cancer.

EDUCATION

Carden received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Additionally, she studied International Business at Institto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy.
