Professional Background
William C. Shuford III is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Shuford handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Shuford worked as an assistant project manager with Dallas-based Willow Bridge Property Company (formerly Lincoln Property Company). Shuford’s experience also encompasses industrial real estate through his work as a project manager with general contractor Peinado Construction, where he worked on projects that delivered more than 3.5 million square feet of industrial space in D-FW.
Along with real estate, he has extensive knowledge in the oil and gas sector, where he began his career acquiring mineral royalties in West Texas for the Fort-Worth-based Pegasus Resources.
