Professional Background
Evan Rosenblum is an Associate with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Rosenblum handles retail tenant representation, retail project representation and general brokerage in the D-FW area. Prior to joining Weitzman, Rosenblum worked as a real estate intern at Bonchon, where he was involved with site selection, market analysis and end-to-end operations analysis.
